Job Description

Internal Automation

• Analyse and document workflows. Partner with operations, sales, HR, and support teams to map existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.

•  Prioritize for impact. Assess manual tasks by frequency and friction, and develop a roadmap that delivers high-value improvements quickly.

• Design and deliver automations. Build, test, and maintain workflows using platforms such as n8n and Zapier, integrating the systems the organization already relies on (CRM, email, databases, and internal tools).

• Integrate systems. Connect disparate platforms to enable seamless, automated data flow across the business.

• Develop scoring and decision logic. Implement rule-based scoring, routing, and decision frameworks including lead scoring, prioritization, and automated alerts.

• Optimize continuously. Refine and improve existing workflows to maximize speed, reliability, and accuracy


AI Agents and Client Solutions

• Build AI agents. Design and deploy agents on platforms such as Claude and OpenAI, for both internal use and client-facing products.

• Deliver end-to-end client solutions. Work directly with clients to understand their workflows and build complete automation and agent solutions tailored to their needs.

• Develop research engines. Create AI-powered research and intelligence systems using tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and ZoomInfo to surface insights at scale.

• Enrich account intelligence. Apply data enrichment to provide clients with deeper, more actionable intelligence on their accounts and prospects.

• Own initiatives end to end. Take full ownership of automation and AI projects from discovery and design through deployment, documentation, and ongoing iteration.

• Document and enable. Produce clear documentation so internal teams and clients can confidently rely on the systems you deliver.


About You

• Product-minded. You adopt new tools and platforms quickly and have a strong intuition for how systems connect.

• Experienced in automation. You have built and integrated real workflows using n8n, Zapier, or comparable no-code/low-code platforms.

• Fluent with AI platforms. You have built or are eager to build agents and research workflows on Claude, OpenAI, and similar tools.

• Operationally focused. You think in terms of process, efficiency, and outcomes. Comfort with light scripting, APIs, or webhooks is a plus, but not the core of the role.

• A skilled problem-solver. You can engage with any team or client, understand their processes in depth, and identify clear opportunities to automate.

• Self-directed. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement rather than waiting for direction.


Requirements

• Proven, 3-5 years of hands-on experience building automations with n8n, Zapier, or comparable no-code/low-code tools.

• Experience building AI agents or research workflows on Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple platforms and automate workflows across systems.

• Strong process-mapping and operational analysis skills.

• Experience designing rule-based logic such as scoring or routing systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and clients and explain solutions clearly.

• A portfolio of relevant work demonstrating automations, agents, or workflows you have delivered end-to-end.


Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation.

• Experience with data enrichment and intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo.

• Background in a RevOps, SalesOps, or broader operations environment.

• Exposure to CRMs, sales and marketing platforms, or other tools common in revenue operations.
